We share information only with: (a) the depository institution that holds the client-funds account, for the purpose of processing the retainer and refund; (b) our merchant processor, for the purpose of processing the retainer; (c) professional service providers, including our outside legal, tax, and IT vendors, under appropriate confidentiality protections; (d) regulators, law enforcement, and courts when legally required; and (e) successors in interest in connection with a corporate transaction.
Data Security
We implement physical, administrative, and technical safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and continuous monitoring.
Your Rights

Data Retention
Engagement records, including identifying information for clients, are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following completion of the engagement, consistent with professional services recordkeeping standards. Non-client website data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose collected.
Children
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18.
