This Electronic Signature Consent describes how Liquid Partners delivers records and accepts signatures electronically in compliance with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN, 15 U.S.C. § 7001) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
Consent
By signing an Engagement Letter electronically or by continuing to receive records from us electronically, you agree that: (a) we may provide all communications, disclosures, agreements, and notices to you in electronic form; (b) electronic signatures you provide have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature; and (c) any Engagement Letter or other agreement you sign electronically through our platforms is binding.
Hardware & Software Requirements
To access and retain electronic records, you must have: an internet-connected device, a current web browser, an active email account, and the ability to save or print PDF files.
Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any electronic record by emailing engagements@liquidpartners.com.
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal will not affect the legal validity of records previously provided.
